Constant Recruitment
At Winagain, we don't just recruit on a 'Just In Time' basis - We recruit daily. Our recruiters are responsible for onboarding and connecting with dozens of sales reps every day, ensuring we are up to date on the candidate poole and accurately mapped.
Step 2
Training
Once a candidate is onboarded to our program, they are required to undergo our advanced sales training program, that has been used to drive $200m+ in revenues across our clientele in the SaaS and Agency Space.This includes, but not limited, to Mindset Training, SDR and Closer Crash Course, Sustaining High Performance, Prospect Psychology, Pre-call/Post-call Process, Calendar Hygiene etc.
Step 3
Ramp Up
Once placed, your sales rep will be supported throughout onboarding using our hybrid-ramp-up approach. This provides additional support for your sales rep, ensuring they have everything they need to ramp up to KPI in 30 days.
Step 4
Replacement
We pride ourselves on our systems, but most importantly, our people. We know that sales in not a 'one-size-fits-all' industry, so if our first pick isn't a good fit, we will replace them for free until we get that perfect match.
